Glen Ellyn Historical Society Proposed Bylaws

A special task force of the Glen Ellyn Historical Society has spent seven months drafting a comprehension update for the Society’s bylaws, which were initially adopted in 1968 and last amended in 2005. These new bylaws include significant changes in the Society’s committee structure, the makeup of the Board and officers, and other governance issues. They will be discussed and voted on by the membership at the Society’s annual meeting on October 5. To see a copy of the new bylaws, click here.
